Company Description

PNGS Reva is a retail-focused jewellery business specialising in diamonds and precious stones set in gold and platinum, operating under the flagship brand "Reva."

The diamond retail business was acquired from its parent, P.N. Gadgil & Sons Limited, through a slump sale in January 2025, and the company was only incorporated as an independent listed entity in December 2024. As a result, the standalone entity has less than two years of independent financial history.

The parent brand P.N. Gadgil & Sons has deep regional recognition in Maharashtra's jewellery market — but that recognition has not yet translated into investor coverage of the newly independent Reva entity.

Why almost nobody's looked at this yet

  • 01It's a very recent carve-out. Incorporated December 2024, diamond retail business acquired via slump sale January 2025. Less than two years of standalone history exist.
  • 02Its pre-carve-out history is buried in parent filings. P.N. Gadgil & Sons filings contain the underlying performance — but it can't be cleanly attributed to PNGS Reva as a standalone.
  • 03Regional brand recognition hasn't translated to investor coverage. The Reva brand is known locally in Maharashtra — but the newly independent stock has almost no dedicated analyst writing.
