PNGS Reva is a retail-focused jewellery business specialising in diamonds and precious stones set in gold and platinum, operating under the flagship brand "Reva."

The diamond retail business was acquired from its parent, P.N. Gadgil & Sons Limited, through a slump sale in January 2025, and the company was only incorporated as an independent listed entity in December 2024.
